– OVERHAULS

Our overhaul service will always include written evaluation & recommendation report.  If additional parts or components are added and/or replaced, the cost of such items and the labor to install them are additional.

Standard Overhaul:                                                                                        $125.00

• Complete disassembly & frame cleaning   
• Visual inspection
• Check tires  
• Refresh headset   
• Refresh bottom bracket
• Refresh front and rear hubs
• Replace tubes
• Replace all cables
• Replace front and rear brake pads
• Replace chain   
• Basic frame alignment check
• Clean & Adjust front and rear brakes  
• Clean & Adjust front and rear derailleur 
• True wheels (off bike - tension, round, dish)
• Check the tightness of all nuts, bolts, and quick releases  

Major Overhaul “Refurbishing”:                                                                   $550.00

• Complete disassembly    
• Frame alignment check
• Strip off frame paint
• Welds Inspection – certified  
• New tires
• New tubes   
• New chain
• New cables
• New cables housings 
• New headset   
• New brakes pads
• New bottom bracket
• New paint and lettering
• Rebuild front and rear hubs
• True wheels (off bike - tension, round, dish)
• Check the tightness of all nuts, bolts, and quick releases  

Up to three colors for new paint scheme, two of which are basic with one being a trim/highlight (all basic colors are available).  All lettering is vinyl with the choice color: red, black, blue, or white.
